Fasting

I guess you can't really call what I did fasting. Maybe Breakfasting...You see, I simply forgot to eat breakfast this morning. There was no deep spiritual backing behind it - just me busying myself to the point of not eating.

Do you ever do this? Hit the ground running - only to realize by lunch time that you never ate breakfast?

Sorry, stomach is growling..gotta go.

Consumption Fast

Nathan has a great post about the fast he and his wife have been doing since January. Here's a blurb:

I have been asked by a couple people to talk about it. If you don’t know what it is, my wife and I started what we labeled a “consumption fast” on January 19th. We are only using our money for bills and groceries.
