LOST - The Little Prince
First the Questions:
Ajira Airlines makes its first appearance of the season on the water bottle found in the outrigger – so is this how the O6 get back to the island and was that them on the outrigger chasing the ones left behind? If not, who was on the outrigger?
What happened to the rest of the Losties that were 'transported'? IE Rose and Bernard?
Now my thoughts and those found from around the interweb:
* Faraday and Penny are brother and sister. Parents are Charles Widmore and Eloise (Elle) Hawkings
* Name on side of Carpet Van that Ben is ridding around in is – Canton-Rainier = Reincarnation
(HT: www.getlostpodcastmedia.com)
(HT: The Lost Blog recap and commenters for the following information)
* Danny Faraday theorizes that the longer someone's been on the island, the more susceptible they are to this "deadly jet lag." Interestingly, Miles believes he's only been on the island for a couple weeks, but Faraday questions that assumption. It would appear -- unbeknownst to them, perhaps -- that Charlotte and Miles have some sort of past experience on the island (is Miles the scion of Dr. Pierre Chang?).
* Carole Littleton (Claire's mom) wasn't there for a settlement with Oceanic. Jack just told Kate so they could go quickly.
*When else have we seen Jin afloat on a piece of wreckage. After the others blew up the raft he was on, right? So maybe THAT Jin, the Frenchies, and the island's little time fluxes have conspired to bring about this meeting. We never did see how Jin made it to the island after the raft was destroyed - our point of view stayed with Sawyer and Michael. Then when they beached, a bound Jin runs out screaming "OTHERS"!
Guess only time will tell if this is Jin1 or Jin2.
* Maybe the mysterious disease that Danielle feared catching and killed all her comrades because of was TIME DISPLACEMENT disease.
And maybe Danielle's expedition was not in 1986 as we had supposed but in 2004 or 2005, and then she and the other Frenchies were thrown back to 1986 and she lived from there until the Losties showed up in 2004 and never realized that she had travelled back in time because she never thought to compare dates with the Losties
* The island itself got "moved" through time, as well as space. The O6 in the chopper saw it "seem to disappear" like the rabbits in the Orchid film.
* John Locke's 'Death' is just medusa spider'ed and maybe so was Christian Shepherd when 815 left Sidney.
* This episode all but confirmed that those instances of whispering will turn out to be time travelers. It just seems so plausible!
* I don't think it's coincidence - or even a narrative device - that Locke happened to see the Nigerian plane crash or that Jin washed up at the same time the French arrived on the Island. I believe it's likely that the time shifts are opening brief rifts into the Island (which would otherwise be hidden even from God). These rifts are like open windows that enable outsiders to stumble upon the Island. Yemi's plane, Rousseau's vessel for certain.. probably the Black Rock, and maybe even Desmond's sailboat.
* Maybe Richard Alpert is Jacob (ie Locke = Bentham). RA can't have direct contact with himself, so he needs a "leader" to speak with Jacob/future RA.
* Rousseau's ship was named Bésixdouze, which translates to "B six twelve." And B612 just happens to be the name of the home asteroid once inhabited by The Little Prince.
So, what did you think? Catch anything new? Share!

LOST - Jughead - UPDATE
[UPDATE]
One great thing I've read is that Ellie - the girl with the gun on the Island is Eloise Hawking - who is also Faraday's mom! That is why she looked familiar to him. BAM! (side note - Eloise was also the name of Daniel's lab rat)
Last nights episode Rocked! One of the best yet!
OK, now we've got at least one object that appears out of thin air. The compass. Locke hands it to Alpert in 1954. Alpert takes it along with him in, oh, 1964 when he visits the young Locke. Alpert gives it to Locke in, oh 2000(?) when he treats Locke's leg wound. Locke carries it back to 1954 where he gives it to Alpert, completing the circle. This compass was never manufactured and has no existence prior to 1954 or after the 2000(?) meeting. Can you see why I maintain the whole island may have a similar origin and fate?

Egyptian leaders often came to power by killing their parent(s): Ben killed his father, and Locke (through Sawyer) killed his father.
When Ben told Jack to go home and pack belongings he wanted because he was never coming back. The Egyptian ritual was to bury possessions with the deceased to be used in the afterlife.

Remember Locke's dream? Theresa falls up the stairs/Theresa falls down the stairs? Like time going back and forth? Maybe she did not die but just incapacitated. Did Teresa's sister say sometimes she is here? and sometimes she is not? Time traveling in her mind? Could there be a connection there?

Destiny Calls - The Return of LOST
My Initial thoughts, theories, & questions from Last night's 2 hr season premier:
Thoughts:
Wow! I love this show! The "time hopping" or "movements" were awesome. I can't wait to see how this plays out. How long will these "movements" last? Looks like Daniel's been hoping around the island a long time and that Desmond is the key to the whole puzzle!
Theories:
Ms. Hawking is Daniel Faraday's Mom - who Daniel told Desmond to go and find during one of the "movements" of the Losties through time on the Island.
Questions:
What was that box that Ben got out of the a/c vent in the hotel room?
Since Charlotte's nose starting bleeding - does this mean she is going to die - just like Minkowski? Or will Daniel help her find her constant?
Was that Christian Shephard behind the camera filming the Dharma video?
That is all I got! I am sure I will think of more so check back for updates over the next few days!
How about you? Thoughts, theories, or questions?

Does it Pay to Ignore the "Voice of Warning"
WOW - that is all I can say about last night's episode. Here is my brief run down of the "blast from the past" we saw last night:
- Richard Alpert paid a visit
- As did Matthew Abaddon
- And Mittelos Bioscience
- Along with The Dharma logo for the Orchid Station
- Our old friend Christian Shepherd was back in Jacob's Cabin (along with Clair!)
Questions Raised:
- What was with the creepy test that Alpert gave young Locke?
- Is Alpert John's real father?
- Why is John special? (able to survive all those infections and Pneumonia as a preemie)
- Why did Abaddon say that John would "Owe him" the next time he sees him?
- Does the picture John drew as a child mean that he has seen the Smoke Monster before?
- Is the creepy old comic book a clue? (thus the title of this post)
- Is with Sawyer where "the baby where he is supposed to be" As Christian states?
- What is up with Clair being all calm in the Cabin?
- Is Horace Jacob? I mean he did build the cabin...
That's it! Let's discuss!
Oh FYI - Jorge Garcia (Hurley) has a blog that is pretty cool/funny - have a look

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
Seems that the whole concept of LOST comes down to this book...Click Here for the best review of last weeks episode I have seen. Great Theories, Great questions - just great.
One thing that jumped out to me was: Does the fact that the smoke alarm was going off in Jack's office during the flash foward just before he sees his 'dead' father mean that Christian is indeed 'Smokey'? (Smoke makes fire alarms go off) Just a thought.
What did you think? What is Aaron's role in this whole 'game'?

It's All Fun & Games Until Somebody Loses a Daughter...
*The 'Island is in a different time' thing played out some more this week with the 'Good Doctor' from the Freighter washing up on shore - while the Freighter folks were saying he was alive and well...How is this anomaly going to affect the Losties when they get off the island?
*Why is everyone calling Hurley - Hugo now?
That's all I got! How about you? Thoughts? Any new questions to add to the List?

New LOST!
If you've been under a rock for the last couple of days there is a slight chance that you've not heard the news that the LOST producers were granted an extra hour for the LOST finale! That means 3 hours! Woo Hoo! And to 'wet your whistle' so to speak for the next new episode on April 24 - check out this screen grab from the promo over at E! Online. Looks like our boy Ben has a secret room within his secret room!

Just a Quickie...
..about tonight's episode of LOST: (highlight to read)
I just read over on Doc Jensen's post at EW the following:
It promises to be a dynamite chapter in the unfolding Lost saga, according to executive producer Damon Lindelof:
''Yes, you'll find out a lot about Michael. But you'll ALSO learn why bearded Jack was unable to jump. AND where the Others are holed up. AND, according to those silly promos, apparently someone dies, too.''
So - upon reading this and only this part of the article - he is my latest stab at a LOST question:
Who was in the coffin? - MICHAEL
Why I think this - b/c they are going to address why bearded Jack couldn't jump in his flash forward and they are doing it during a Michael-centric episode... so putting 2 and 2 together - no one was a the funeral b/c they didn't like him b/c he sold them out on the island. Plus - wasn't Michael from NY - which is where the obit said the person was from...
That is all - enjoy the show. I am sure I will be back tomorrow with more.

The List is Complete
[UPDATE at the Bottom of the Highlight to read part]
In order to respect those of you readers (Loren) who wait until DVD to watch a season - please highlight to read.
Observations and Questions from "Ji Yeon":
Michael is going by Kevin Johnson on the Freighter – What is the relevance of this name?
Here are some anagrams:
Knives John On
Knives John No
Ken John Vinos
Ken Johns Vino
Kens John Vino
Ovens John Ink
Ovens John Kin
Oven John Sink
Oven John Skin
Oven John Inks
Oven Johns Ink
Oven Johns Kin
Sun is a member of the Oceanic 6 (Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Aaron, Sun)
The Date of Death on Jin's tombstone is September 22, 2004 – the date of the crash – so is Jin REALLY dead or just left on the island?
The Captain says that the wreckage of Flight 815 found in the ocean trench was staged by Ben. Is this true? If not – who staged it? Whose bodies were those in the plane?
[UPDATE]
I just read Doc Jensen's thoughts over at EW and he had a couple REALLY good ones I wanted to share here:
- Actor Harold Perrineau isn't playing Michael but rather a grown-up version of Walt. - When I look back at his hair in this episode it is very Waltish - not like Michael's - Very interesting. I had heard the Michael IS Walt theory (which is rubbish) but I dig this one.
- Why did Regina kill herself? Because she was inconsolable over the death of her lover — the late, Locke-knifed Brit Naomi. Remember the inscription on her bracelet? ''N, I'll always be with you, R.G.'' Yep: I'm thinking Regina is ''R.G.''
Thoughts?

The Man on the Boat
SPOILERS AHEAD! [Highlight to read]
In the description for the March 20 episode of Lost titled 'Meet Kevin Johnson,' Yahoo! TV says the following:
Ben knows about an impending attack, so he prompts daughter Alex to escape from Locke's camp. On the freighter, Sayid confronts Ben's spy. Libby: Cynt…
(if you click on the 'more' link following the ... on the Yahoo! page there is no mention of Libby anywhere...weird...)
This points out a few things & Raises some questions (of course!):
1. Sayid is NOT Ben's Spy on the boat
2. Libby is BACK! Is she Ben's Spy?!?!
We know Michael is on the boat as he is listed in the cast for the March 13 episode - I think He is the captain...or the spy. Here is why:
At the end of Season 2 Ben gives Michael some coordinates and tells him that if he follows them precisely that he will find rescue...Notice that he said Rescue NOT land or home, etc. I think Ben knew the Freighter was coming/out there so he sent Michael to it.
Thoughts?

Lost in Gainesville!
[UPDATE]
I just read this over at Seth's Blog - It fit nicely with my thoughts so I wanted to post it here:
Posted by Cindy in the comments:
...the “her” Juliet looks like bugged me and then it hit me at the end of the show. Ben’s Mom!!! Yeah, he has totally taken with her, but it is seemingly in a nonsexual way. He is a child on many levels...
So what do you think - Do you agree that they look alike? Juliet vs. Emily Linus
I also think that the Woman in the photo in Ben's House is of Ben's mom.
It is about time Gainesville got some losty love! (If you missed it, Ben made a comment last night referencing mold in the shape of the virgin Mary that was found in Gainesville, Fl)
Here are a few quick thoughts I wanted to get down before I read any reviews/recaps/etc.
Juliette's therapist on the Island makes the comment, "of course he does you look just like her"
- I also believe that the 'her' is Annie - Ben's childhood friend on the island
- I have often wondered what happened to Annie - I now believe that she and Ben were together, she got pregnant and died like every other woman who gets pregnant on the Island.
- Ben brought Juliette to the island to fix this issue & to replace Annie. Thus the reason he thinks she is "his"
Also - Ben's man on the boat - is not Sayid like I first thought - It is MICHAEL.
Your thoughts? Brad?

LOST at EW
Great article/interview with Lost's producers over at EW.com addressing such questions as:
- Naomi's Braclet
- Chronological Order of the Flash Forwards
- Alternate Realities
- Who's in the coffin
- The Black Rock (this is for your Dawn & Berry)
Take a look HERE
The List is Almost Complete
Oceanic 6
1. Jack
2. Kate
3. Hurley
4. Sayid
5. Aaron
6. ?
Check out the "Questions" Post for last night's additions and add your own!
Oh and one thing I picked up from re-watching 'The Economist" - Sayid points out that a pager is old technology and that there are newer things that 'The Economist' could use - this imediatly made me think of what Ben said to Locke when he took him to see Jacob - "Like you, He doesn't like technology" or something along those lines - SO is 'The Economist' Jacob or Locke?

LOST Questions
So I was up in Gville this past weekend and we were visiting with some friends when the topic of LOST came up. We all came to the same point - The LOST writers/producers are all liars! They teased this 4 season with "Questions...WILL...Be answered!" with dramatic music and everything - problem is - NO STINKING QUESTIONS have been answered - EXCEPT for the one new one they started the season with - "Who are the Oceanic 6?" So what questions can you think of that have not been answered? Post them in the comments section and I will keep this list up to date. I'll start:
1. What is the Smoke Monster?
2. Where is the Island?
3. How did the others that killed the Dharma folks get to the island?
4. Why doesn't Richard Alpert age?
5. How does the Island heal people (ie Lock)?
[Update}
6. Where's Jack's dad?
7. Why can Desmond see the future?
8. What was with the random couple who was buried alive last season?
9. Who was in the coffin?
10. Where is Walt?
11. Why was Libby at Hurley's nut house?
12. Is Vincent the smoke monster?
13. Are Nikki and Paulo really dead?
14. Where is Isabel?
15. What's with the four toed statue?
16. At the end of season 3 Ben tells Richard to take the others to the 'Temple' - what is the Temple?
17. Where are the others?
18. What is going on with the "Watchers"? the ones taken by the others from the tail section - the kids, flight attendant, etc?
[Update 2]
19. How did the 'Pirate Ship', the Black Rock get to the middle of the Island?
20. How come women die when they conceive on the island but not if they conceive off the island?
[Update from 'Eggtown']
21. Why hasn't the helicopter reached the freighter?
22. What happened to Clair/why does Aaron live with Kate off the island?
23. What is up with Daniel's Memory (the cards)?
24. What is Ben's REAL story? (ie how does he have access to 3.2 million?)
If you have any theories for any of these questions - post them in the comments & I will put them up in a separate post.
